Clinic is located on the ground floor of the medical complex, within Full Circle Pelvic Health clinic, suite 101. Park on lower level, around to the back of the building. We are the first office on the right, after walking under the lower level awning.
From Points North: take I-295/1-95 South, take Exit 10B to merge onto RI-117 West/Centerville Rd. At 1st traffic light take a right onto Commonwealth Ave. You will see a brown sign for 469 Centerville Rd Complex. Turn Right into parking towards the lower level lot. We are in suite 101.
From Points South: RI-4 North, Take Rt-4 North and merge onto 95N. Take Exit 10 to RI-117 and turn left at the light onto Centerville Rd.
